Satnala H.S. School was established in the year 1957 A.D. It is managed by the Department of Education under the govt. of Tripura. The school is Co-educational.
Satnala H.S. School is situated at Satnala ADC village under Dasda R.D Block. It is 8 KM distance from Kanchanpur which is the nearest town in the area. The school has a good playground which is perhaps the biggest in Kanchanpur Sub-division. For this reason, any Sub-divisional level or Block level sports meet used to be held often in our school playground. The school lies in one plot of land and the compound is quite big enough to set up any infrastructural building also.
Besides this, one interesting thing to note is that since the Jampui Hill ranges are clearly visible from Satnala H.S. School it is quite enjoyable and tempting to remain in the school even during the holidays to have a view of the hill ranges which is lying in the far distance towards the east.
